​IMPORTANT INSPECTION INFO

 

  • Prior to inspector arrival please be sure to provide access to ALL areas that need to be inspected:

  • Return visits resulting from the above mentioned limited or restricted access will be subject to an additional minimum $50.00 service charge.

 

  • Return visits for the purpose of updating and generating an inspection report will be subject to an additional minimum $50.00 service charge.(valid for 6 months after the date of original inspection) 

  • Please allow QC (quality control) time to error check and finalize inspection reports.  

       Completed inspection reports will be emailed within 48 business hours after completion of inspection (provided payment has been received)

  • Any & all questions concerning or related to insurance coverage MUST be directed to your insurance agent, broker, or carrier.

  ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

Prior to inspector arrival please be sure to provide access to ALL areas that need to be inspected:

*Inspectors are strictly prohibited from moving / lifting personal property

   WIND MITIGATION

  •   Full attic access

  •   Exterior roof access

  •   Walk around all sides of building

  •   Full view of all exterior doors/windows

  •   Clear path for inspector ladder including hallways and are with attic access

 

   4-POINT

  •   Full attic access

  •   Exterior roof access

  •   Walk around all sides of building

  •   Full access to electrical panels  (inspector will need to remove electrical breaker service panel covers)

  •   Full access to water heaters   (up-close photos must be obtained)

  •   Full access to all Heating & Air-Conditioning components (interior &exterior up-close photos must be obtained)

  •   Full access above and below all sinks, toilets, showers  (up-close photos must be obtained of shut-off valves /pipes etc.)

  •   Clear path for inspector ladder including driveway, hallways, and attic access area

 

   NEW HOME PURCHASE

  •   Full attic access

  •   Exterior roof access

  •   Walk around all sides of building

  •   Full access to electrical panels  (inspector will need to remove electrical breaker service panel covers)

  •   Full access to water heaters   (up-close photos must be obtained)

  •   Full access to all Heating & Air-Conditioning components (interior &exterior up-close photos must be obtained)
